Print Questions
Which wall art option should I choose?
Matted & framed is the classic, ready-to-hang choice. The gallery box gives a clean, modern look with no glare. HD metal makes colours pop with a glossy finish. Canvas has a warm, textured look. Fine art paper is perfect if you’d like to frame it yourself. Not sure? Send us a photo of your wall and we’ll help.
How long does it take?
Every print is made to order, then checked by us before it ships. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, and we’ll email you when yours is on its way. Need it by a certain date? Just ask.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Some remote addresses may have an extra delivery charge, which we’ll confirm with you first. International shipping is available on request.
Will my photo be cropped to fit the size?
Our print sizes use a 2:3 shape. If a photograph has a different shape, we’ll crop it gently and send you a preview before printing if anything important is affected.
What are the framed prints made of?
A wood frame with a white mat and clear acrylic, a lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to glass that keeps your print safe in shipping. Choose black, white, natural wood or barnwood.
Can I order a different size or a custom piece?
Yes. Just reach out with the photograph and the size you have in mind, and we’ll put together a quote.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates start at $100 and can be used toward any fine art print or workshop. We’ll email a printable certificate or mail a card. See gift options →
