Jesse builds the sites, the systems and the designs. Before photography he spent nearly 20 years running his own studio, so he knows what it's like to sign the paycheques and answer the phone. He rebuilt followmenorth.com and runs all of our marketing.
Susan
Susan started as a journalist, then spent nearly two decades as a creative producer for companies like Shutterstock, Stocksy and Canva, making content for brands like Netflix, Disney+ and CNN. She plans the shoot, writes the words and keeps every project on budget.

Who owns my website and accounts?
You do. Everything is set up in your name from day one, and you get every login. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.
Is there a contract?
Ongoing support has no lock-in, just 30 days' notice to pause or stop. One-time projects are half to start and half on delivery.
What's AEO, and do I need it?
AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, is how likely ChatGPT, Siri or Google's AI answers are to mention your business when someone asks for a recommendation. It builds on the same things that help you on Google, so we take care of both together.
Can you work with my current web company?
