Presentations for Camera Clubs and Photography Conferences

Inspire, Educate, Entertain

Together, we've had the privilege of speaking to camera clubs all over Canada. Our talks are centred around the concept of ethical wildlife photography, often interwoven with an inspiring message that resonates with our audiences. Our infectious enthusiasm and passion result in an immersive experience. We’re both seasoned photographers and skilled presenters, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to every interaction.

Our presentations feature stunning wildlife and breathtaking landscapes from Algonquin Park and beyond. We don't just showcase images, we share the stories behind them, providing a behind-the-scenes look into our photographic journeys, and also sharing the technical aspects of how we’ve captured the shot. Our engaging slideshow presentation is a visual feast, designed to inspire, educate and entertain.

While we absolutely love presenting live and interacting face-to-face with our audience, we understand that travel budgets must be considered. That's why we also offer our talks via Zoom, ensuring no matter where you are, you can be a part of our journey.

We look forward to sharing our passion for photography with you!

Speaking Topics

Persistence

This session revolves around the challenges and triumphs of capturing the raw beauty of wildlife in Algonquin Park and Northern Ontario. We’ll share some of our most memorable photographs from our 2022 expedition, seeking the elusive Canada Lynx. Taking you behind the scenes and sharing stories from the field.

We approach ethical wildlife photography, a frequently contentious topic, with empathy and understanding, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and learning. Our aim is to ensure both hobbyists and professionals uphold the same ethical practices, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the wildlife we all cherish and seek to protect.

In this talk, we openly discuss the physical hurdles inherent to nature photography. Audiences are also provided with practical tips and strategies to keep their creative spark alive.
