After your shoot is complete, you’ll be able to select your favourite images from a private online gallery.
Your final high-res, downloadable images will be delivered within 7-14 business days, ready to publish on your listing.

All digital images are purchased à la carte, with a minimum purchase of 25 images per property. Each image price is $25, making your minimum investment $625 plus the session fee.
Once you’ve chosen your favourite images from the shoot, we’ll begin retouching your chosen images to perfection. Final image delivery happens within 5-10 business days from your final image selection.
If you require a rushed timeline, we can accommodate you, but additional rush fees may apply.

We’re currently supporting Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Georgian Bay, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes and the Algonquin Park area. Our session fee of $150 covers the travel fees to and from your property within 150km of Baysville, ON. For homes outside of this radius, additional travel fees may apply.

We typically provide up to 2 hours of shooting coverage per property.
If you have multiple properties that require coverage, we will work with you to come up with a shooting schedule that is more economical. Depending on the distance between houses and their individual sizes, we can usually shoot up to 3 properties per day.

Susan has worked as a producer for over 10 years and is familiar with location scouting and dealing with modelling agencies. However, agency fees and image licensing will apply if we use professional talent.
